1.Butterfly Semolina (Sooji) and Coconut Cookies

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 kg Butterfly Semolina (Sooji/rava)
  • 1/2 kg sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 coconut
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

 

Method 

   

  1. Grind the coconuts to a paste. Cook the sugar and water to a syrup consistency.
  2. Add the coconut mixture into the sugar syrup, stir well.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes and keep aside to cool.
  4. Then add egg yolks and mix well.
